    1. If center of Buoyancy is the point all upward vertical forces coincide, a vessel listing to port will require more help pushing upward on port side due to its list. Additionally, as a vessel lists port, the center of underwater portion also shifts port and so does the CB.

  2. I agree A. is the best answer. Something to consider when a vessel is heeled over due to wind or an external force its righting arm, GZ, is positive, however when a vessel is listed the value of the righting arm is zero!
